Cancellation & Refund Policy
Here is when fees can be refunded and how cancellation works. Where a signed contract exists, its terms apply first.
Before work starts
If you cancel before work starts on a paid month, we refund the full amount to the same payment method within 14 business days.
After work starts
Fees for a month in which work has started are non-refundable, as they cover time and effort already delivered (setup, campaigns, content, reports). You can stop renewal for following months with the notice set in the contract.
Ad budget
The ad budget is paid directly to the ad platforms and does not pass through us; any remaining balance stays in your ad account.
