Terms & Conditions

We provide digital marketing services: paid ads management, social media management, SEO, e-commerce and reporting. The scope, platforms and deliverables for each client are set in the signed contract or approved quote.

• Management fees are monthly, paid as set in the contract, with an invoice issued each month. • The ad budget is separate from management fees and is paid by the client directly to the ad platforms. • Prices shown on the website are “starting from” guidance; the final price is in the quote.

We work with experience and a data-driven method, and the figures shown on the site are real results from past campaigns. However, ad results depend on factors outside our control — product, price, competition and platform policies — so we do not guarantee a specific sales figure.

Provide access to ad accounts, the store and required content on time, ensure the information provided is accurate, and comply with platform policies and Saudi regulations for advertised products and offers.

Ad accounts and paid-for content belong to the client. Our working methods, templates and internal tools remain the property of Strong Eagles.

Either party may end the engagement with the prior notice set in the contract, with fees settled for the period worked.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and any dispute will first be settled amicably.
